•1 whole capon/chicken cut into 12 pieces
Salt to taste
•1 teaspoon turmeric powder
•1 teaspoon black pepper
•1 teaspoon paprika
•1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

To sauté
•3-4 tablespoons oil
•2 onions diced
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 150ml coconut cream
• 50ml coconut milk
• 1/2 glass water or stock
• Fresh coriander for finishing off and garnish
